Mohammad Al Sawaeer is the founder and owner of Sawaeer Law Office PLLC that is based in Brooklyn New York and a co-founder and President of the Arab American Arbitration Center. Mr. Al Sawaeer has extensive experience in Immigration, Commercial transactional, and Arbitration laws. Mohammad earned a Bachelor's degree in law from the University of Jordan; a Master's Degree in Law from Temple Law School in the State of Pennsylvania, and a Master's degree from Fordham University School of Law in International Dispute Resolution. Mohammad is an admitted attorney in the State of New York, United States district court of the Southern District of New York, United States district court of the Eastern District of New York, and Jordan.

Graduated from CUNY-Queens College cum laud Eng/PoliSci 1989, NYS Assembly Intern full-time 1988 Legislative Session, Graduated Albany Law School of Union University 1992, served as legal intern for The Disabilities Law Clinic, interned with US Magistrate’s Office and Admitted to New York and Connecticut Bars 1993, began an Immigration Practice in NYC with former law school classmate, Martin G. Vulaj in 1992 for many years, worked in Pharmaceuticals from 2007-2015, returned to law practice as a Case Manager at The Migrant Center in Manhattan 2015, worked briefly for a high volume Traffic Ticket Defense Law Firm in 2016 left to practice privately concentrating on issues of Traffic Defense, Immigration, Domestic Violence, and Advocating for Parents of Special needs children. Parent of three beautiful, brilliant daughters, avid hiker, backpacker, tennis and indie music fanatic.

I am a 5th generation American, volunteer poll watcher, canvasser, phone banker. Fairly fluent in Spanish, and Albanian. Of course I am an excellent parallel parker.
